Inauguration Day

Today seems like a fitting one to go down to a bar and do shots. Celebrate being an American. Welcome back Bush for a second term and start a new blog. This should be a great experiment. Hopefully The Democracy Shot will evolve into a regular old political banter house. Full of debate. Maybe some format. Right now, it just seemed to be a good time to give it a heartbeat and let it fester awhile. Get cranky over all the issues coming our way like Chinese terrorists in Boston, Iraq with inauguration envy says us, Condi Rice's nomination delayed just for the fun of it...well anyway.
